Leadership
Four Institutions. One Shared Mission.

Winston-Salem TEACH is guided by a collaborative Leadership Team representing four institutions united by a commitment to preparing and retaining exceptional teachers for Winston-Salem’s highest-need schools. Each partner has an equal voice in shaping the program’s direction, ensuring that our work reflects the collective expertise and commitment of our community.

“The Winston-Salem TEACH leadership really cares about us. Knowing that in the future when things ramp up and school gets difficult, or teaching is hard, even after the program ends, I’ll have people in Winston-Salem to reach out to. I know that they’ll be there to help me.” -Second year teacher
